A normal supermarket. Good choice. Nice staff. But what is going on there in 21st century? Credit cards not accepted. Albert, that's strange.

it's ok if you're a student, but it's not so great if you're looking for things to buy in larger quantities (limited amounts of whole bread for example) or easy toddler food.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys. The staff are super helpful and even go around the shop with you if you need any assistance with anything. Fresh orange juice and hot coffee are an added bonus especially helpful for anyone requiring assistance with their shopping

Nice Albert Heijn that's easy to navigate, has everything you'd expect from an Albert Heijn. Some parts are a little bit cramped in the bakery section of the store and so it may be difficult keeping 1.5m distance. Apart from that it's a nice store.

This Albert Heijn has a good selection of products, sometimes they even have free samples! The staff are generally nice and happy to help. AH compared to other supermarkets is more on the expensive side, especially with meat and fish, however other products are pretty reasonable. The chocolate coated gingerbread they sell around Christmas is a MUST BUY! :)

It's a tad small but has more options and space than you would expect from such a small store.
They do try and cram as much as possible in the limited space. They have a range of self-help counters and a single manned register.
The shop is popular with the local students.

It's a expensive supermarket, I would not advice going here unless there are no other supermarkets nearby. They can have some pretty good deals that make going there worthwhile, but overall Jumbo or other similar places like Aldi and LIDL tend to be way cheaper.
