My phone required a battery replacement as it started showing notifications about the deteriorated battery performance.

I first spoke with the customer care and discussed the issue. They refered me to this store, saying that it takes about 1.5 hour to replace the battery.

I booked an appointment online, and travelled 1.5 hours to this store. Upon arrival, I was told that the repair engineer wasn't availabe to make a replacement. And moreover, without even examining my phone, the person at the desk told me there may be other components like charging port, power board etc. that may also require replacement and so it may cost somewhere about 285€.

Is this a joke, Samsung? If you do not have the staff to make the repairs/replacement, why fix the appointments? And without proper examination, was the guy right about the costs? This unprofessional handling cost me 3 hour of wasted time + travel costs.

I was in the store to repair my phone. I was waiting 1 hour and after that I got the info that my phone couldn't be repaired because they saw some scratches because the phone fell down - but it wasn't true! I was trying to explain that it's from cover but they didn't want to listen to me and my phone it's not repair!!!! Till now I can't open it my phone good, only half !!!

The shop is realy well present, but laking of products. I can not find a case for my phone on a official store. What a well... ????

So disappointed about this store, 3 months ago I bought from vodafone a galaxy z flip 3 and since 3 weeks ago the screen protector started to peel off, vodafone redirected me to this samsung store claiming that is a warranty repair that can be done on the spot. I drove 100kms to this store and they tell me that they don't have the screen protector in stock and I should come back again some other time. If not even samsung store doesn't have parts for samsung then who does? Shame samsung I'll think again before buying a new samsung device, you deserve 0 stars for this!!!
