I super recommend Intention. I did the Co-Creation program in English and it was a life-change for me. A journey of self-awareness, as well the proper preparation to become professional coach. Johan van Bavel is a great leader and an impressive Master Coach.

More than a course, the Co-Creation was a lifetime experience. What a beautiful journey to dive in on myself and the leadership coaching together with a Polish, an American, a Russian and an English, guided for this remarkable Dutch man, Johan. A true souls' connection!

Absolutely amazing! I attended the 3 day 'Coaching Essentials' course in English in March 2021. The location was stunning and immersive, the group lovely, and the content profound. The training was very interactive and meaningful, as we got into the coaching practice right away.

In only 3 days, I am confident to say we all left with a toolbox of new skills and new gained confidence to further continue on this path! (and a bonus: new insights as you are also being coached during these 3 days :) )

I am so pleased I participated in the recent Coaching Essentials course. Wow, what an amazing experience! I don't recall a training course where I have learned so much - learnings that can be applied in my professional life to make me a better leader as well as learnings that can be applied personally too, literally changing how I approach life and the challenges it throws at me. It was also great to share the experience with such an interesting and diverse group, many of whom have now become friends. Thank you so much Johan and the Intention team, it was truly life-changing and I can't wait to continue my learning on the Co-Creation Coaching course later this year.

I attend the 3 days "Co-Creation and Coaching Essentials" training. It was a mix of emotions, training, formation and inspiration. I could learn and practice coaching in a very professional and safe environment (considering the COVID regulations). Looking forward the long training!
Johan is a very professional coaching and clearly in love with what he does. Make things look simple!

What a wonderful journey I am on because of the Leadership from the Heart and Co Creation courses from Intention. Faultless execution from the coaches during the training. Found a second family from the bond that has been created with my fellow students who have all become so important to me. Learned so much from my coachees and enjoyed every minute of the 2 day stays at the venue in Alphen Chaam. Thanks to Johan, Maaike, Marc and the rest of the team for helping me open the door to a world of new and exciting possibilities. You are all stars.

You know, what's a review for? Praise and compliments and a window to the workings of a company? Well I got to be on both sides of the window with Intention. " It's all about Intention " is their motto....
I've been a very lucky man to have been involved in workshop weekends as trainer for a section of the Heart Based Leadership weekend(Leiderschap vanuit het hart) and diverse other sections of the longer coaching education processes.
In my experience with Intention, over many years, I've watched with interest how the coaching courses developed and I met so many coaches in training, all professionals in their own right and all inspiring in their enthusiasm. Every section of the courses is developed to help coaches bring out the best in their clients/coachees and at the same time nurture and inspire their own qualities and talents.
I highly recommend Intention for all those who aspire to be a coach or for those who would love to live life following their heart.
