What a terrible and disappointing experience that we just had!

One month ago we came here to order a birthday cake for our daughter. We had a cake photo with us and showed the photo to the staff. The staff took a photo from the sample cake photo from our telephone and wrote down our requirement. She said everything will be arranged.

Today we came to pick up the cake and we found out the cake was very different than our sample cake. The staff called her boss to talked to us. But her boss came to us and said that they didn't have a photo from us. We said your staff took a photo from the sample and we were the second time to order a cake here. Last time the staff also took a photo from the cake and it went ok last time.

But He is very unfriendly and impatient. He did not want to communicate and look for a solution. We did not say that we don't want the cake, but he just said to us, "do you know what will happen now? I can take back the cake now and you don't have a cake for your birthday tomorrow. " Then he directly took back the cake and went back without saying anything to us, just left us in the shop alone.

This is a very terrible and annoying experience. We first thought we could take the cake anyway, but after hearing what he threaten us, then we would rather have to look for another cake than buying his cake!!!

We will never go to this cake shop anymore and what a shame for the staff!!!

I bought white chocolate and strawberries cake ???? already 2x and was delicious. Also delivered on time. Good variety of pastries too.

Customer service can be better. The lady there is very unfriendly and unhelpful with our order.

One of the best cake shops in town. It's bit on the expensive side but the cakes are worth every cent spent. Only downside I find about them is they only make cake designs with fondant and marzipan. Every time I have shown them a design where they need to do things differently they have turned down my ideas.

Best patisserie I have tried so far in Arnhem! I highly recommend their sweets as they look very good, they taste amazing and prices are quite good!

You should provide tissues and spoon for your take away orders! Basic!
