Very bad experience in terms of customer service

Ordered heel kip grill cost 17 euro after eating and at moment of payment got charged 25 euro, because they served us something that was not ordered and not on menu also

This Should have been informed before serving that ordered item is not available

rather serving a high cost item without asking customer and later charging more amount

I wish I could give 0 stars. We had a very bad experience, We chose the place for the BBQ option which should be on the healthier side - food came DRENCHED in oil. We asked for potatoes as a side dish, the waitress got us rice instead even though she wrote everything down. We had to pay for the extra side dish. Sloppy and disappointing.

???????? for 10.50€ they will reluctantly make you a tasteless micro shawarma, forget about you and only after 3 reminders they will bring ice soup in a plate that was on the floor before! I have been to 5 different countries this year and this is the worst place ever! food is disgusting, worst service. disappointed.

We hebben de "Mix Groot" (#37) besteld, en met z’n tweeën gegeten. Het vlees was heel erg lekker!!

Recentelijk twee keer besteld bij dit restaurant via Thuisbezorgd. De eerste keer kwam het eten snel. Het eten was goed warm, alleen de knoflooksaus ontbrak. Hierdoor was het gerecht erg droog. Dit is jammer want met wat saus zou het echt heel lekker geweest zijn. Iets vergeten kan natuurlijk, dus ik heb nogmaals bij dit restaurant besteld. Ik zag in de bezorgapp dat de bezorger een heel stuk om fietste. Toen hij bij mij aankwam, bleek dat hij eerst bij een ander adres moest bezorgen terwijl ons eten ook al in zijn bezorgtas zat. Het feit dat het eten nu niet goed warm was en de knoflooksaus wederom vergeten is (tevens de gegrilde groente ontbrak), terwijl de prijs aan de stevige kant is (circa €40 voor wat rijst en kip voor twee personen) heeft mij doen besluiten om slechts 1 ster te geven aan dit restaurant.
